One-off coaching session
Not totally sure what coaching can do for you? Maybe you want to explore some themes before you take the plunge and book a package.

Coaching packages
In your (free) 30 minute discovery call we will identify what your goals are for coaching and how many sessions we might need to get there.
Once packages are paid for, sessions can then be used at any time in the next 6 months - at a cadence that suits you and your situation.
Rates vary depending on whether you are self-funding or booking through your employer (and non-profit org rates are available). Payment plans are also available for self-funding clients.

Global Executive Leadership Mirror: 360 Report
I am trained to deliver the Kets de Vries Institute Global Executive Leadership Mirror (or GELM for short!).
Developed in conjunction with INSEAD, this richly detailed 40+ page report gathers feedback from up to 18 of your colleagues and translates it into highly actionable areas for your development.
The questionnaire was developed to:
Help executives evaluate their performance in carrying out the twelve primary tasks of global leaders
Cover several indicators such as life stressors and coping mechanisms to determine their ability to manage stress in their life
Benchmark against a large group of senior executives worldwide
Examine leadership behaviour roadblocks and identify steps toward improvement.

Half and Full-day Team Workshops
I am an experienced facilitator and love to facilitate half-day or all-day on-site workshops for teams using Nancy Kline’s Time to Think/Thinking Environment methodology to get the very best thinking out of your team.

That’s why I always recommend a discovery call first so you can feel totally comfortable with how this works. Establishing rapport is key. I coach across a broad spectrum of topics, including but not limited to:

I take a ‘neuro-inclusive’ approach and am actively upskilling to ensure I can support ND individuals - please let me know if you need any adjustments or support, for this or indeed any reason.

There’s no obligation to commit to a ‘set’ number of sessions, but generally in our discovery call we’ll agree together on how many sessions are needed initially, and we can add more if you wish to once that block of sessions ends. (If your coaching is funded by your employer, they may stipulate a set number of sessions.)

I know that with busy roles it can be tricky to fit in coaching during the working day. Please email me to enquire about evening availability - I’m always happy to offer evening slots by appointment.

Great question! The ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Sounds pretty good right? What coaching is NOT is me telling you what to do! It is also very different to mentoring - if you’re unsure if coaching is for you, book a discovery call and we can explore that further.
