Middling Along Podcast: Episode Sixteen - Elizabeth Joseph on navigating perimenopause with humour

In this Episode, I chat to writer Elizabeth Joseph about navigating perimenopause with humour, and a lot of trial and error via natural/alternative/complementary therapies and products aimed at menopausal midlifers. You name it, she's tried it so we don't have to: from cold water therapy to sound baths, mouth taping to EFT tapping, cacao ceremonies to RTT (rapid transformational therapy), Elizabeth writes with candour, dry wit and down to earth honesty about what has and hasn't worked for her symptoms. We also talk about how rubbish many of us are at prioritising ourselves and how that needs to change in midlife. There's also a lot of giggling and silliness, just in case you thought that all sounded terribly serious - enjoy!
