Middling Along Podcast: Episode Seven - Heather Corinna on hellish peri symptoms and their new book ”What Fresh Hell is This?”

Join me as I chat to queer feminist activist, author, educator, artist, teacher, organizer and innovator, Heather Corinna. Finding there were no books on menopause and ageing that spoke their language, they wrote one, full of pithy anecdotes, interviews with a wide range of experts, accessible (and relatable) explanations on what may be happening to our bodies, and what we can choose (or not) to do about it. Heather's book is the paper equivalent of your BFF wrapping you in a warm hug and telling you 'it's ok, I got you' - whilst giving you all the info and potential coping strategies you could need to know to help you navigate through peri/menopause.
